It was an interesting and fun February for Bohemian Hostels in 2016. Our hostels and hotels were rewarded by our guests and media, and we strengthened the efforts to improve our services quality. We also started with preparations for Czech Inn’s 10th Birthday in March, and we have some nice surprises for all of our guests.
Mid February we received Booking.com 2015 Awards for our hostels and hotels: Czech Inn, Sophie’s, Miss Sophie’s and The Nicholas Hotel Residence. We would like to thank to all of our guests and Booking.com – we took the awards as a motivation to do an even better job in 2016, Boho Year of Customer Service.

The Booking.com award for The Nicholas Hotel Residence made us especially happy and proud. Nicholas is one of the newest additions to BoHo, as well as one of the youngest hotels in Prague, and it is great to see it being one of the best rated hotels in the city.
To make Nicholas’ service even better, we started with reconstruction of the reception and renovation of the rooms in February and we can’t wait to see its refreshed face in March!
Following last month’s Hostelworld Conference in Dublin, we were genuinely happy to find Sophie’s Hostel included in three Hostelworld Newsletters, as well as featured in the March issue of the Sunday Times Travel Magazine. Sophie’s and its staff continue to amaze our guests who said that the “rooms were immaculate” and it is a “great experience overall”.

Sir Toby’s Hostel has received some inspiring feedback after its bathrooms, toilets and heating system were renovated in January and February. It is beautiful to see one of the oldest hostels in Prague breathe with new life, both for us and for our guests.

Czech Inn, our biggest and one of the best hostels in Prague is celebrating its 10th birthday in March 2016, and we want to make sure the decade is marked properly. We started with preparations for the Birthday Festival happening from 17 to 24 March, to include concerts, workshops, free tours and much more. February finished with BoHo Roadshow 2016 meeting, where we reflected on what we’ve done so far, and look where we are going to in future. 2016, Boho Year of Customer Service is the next step towards the goal of further improving our services and making our guests even happier.
In the end, all of Bohemian Hostels and Hotels would like to say thank you to one of our friends and colleagues who left us for new challenges. Ange was the one always making us smile and enjoy the work we do, and as much as we are sad to see her leave, we wish her all the best in her new life abroad.
