We will use your personal data from the booking of your stay to fulfill our part of the deal and to provide you with the best possible accommodation service as well as to satisfy all Czech legal requirements. Your personal data are the ones you yourself provide to us at the time of making your reservation, or the booking engine you used to make your reservation. We promise to send you an email before your stay with all the essential information you need to know before visiting us, and after your stay, we will follow up with an email to ask you how was your experience so we can make it even better next time you come. Just so you know, the Czech law obliges us to keep a list of all guests (for 6 years) and electronically report passport details of all foreigners staying with us to Czech foreign police. We are legally forbidden to let you stay without providing these. We will also keep your name, e-mail and stay dates (for at least 5 years) to give you even better and more personalized service next time you book. Because we really want you to come back to us again and please feel free to bring your friends and family with you as well. Now, we also reserve our legitimate interest to keep your data as well as number of your personal document for at least 10 years in case you broke our house rules, behave unlawfully, were threatening to our staff or guests, or have not paid for your stay so that we know the next time you book. Of course, we hope that this would never happen. Finally, shall you give us consent, and we really hope you will, we will keep and use your e-mail to write you a few times a year about our best deals and cool events in Prague unless you let us know you do not want us to do so.
We think it is also important that you know that you can always ask us to update or erase your personal data or ask us for a restriction in their processing, file an objection or ask us to give you a copy of the data we have about you. Should you be unhappy about what we did, you can file a complaint with Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
